Reasons for not posting

As I had problem with my net connection for the past 3 days ,I could not maintain my daily postings on 15,16,17 August .Since the net connection is restored now , I will continue to post the messages without fail .

I have the firewall that came with my windows xp. I want a better one. What is a VERY good firewall i can download and use for free that dosen't slow down my computer?
