About Me

I am a Certified Teacher of Classical Hatha Yoga ( Sivananda Style ) from Chennai ,India .I completed my Yoga Teacher Training Course in 1998 , Advanced Yoga Teachers Training in 2004 ,Sadhana Intensive Course in 2009 and redid it again in 2010 ( all at the Sivanada Yoga Ashrams in Kerala ,Madurai ) . I did a 70 episode Yoga TV show for Vijay TV ( now Star Vijay ) in 2001 and was involved in teaching Yoga to Kids /Adults/Corporates in Chennai .I had visited the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Quebece ,Canada as a guest in 2006 and 2007 . Practicing and Teaching Yoga is a passion with me and I want to dedicate my entire life towards it .From 2010 onwards I have stopped my group classes and many of my public activities and leading a quiet life teaching Yoga to a select set of private students on one to one basis and rest of my time I spend in widening my knowledge and skills in various other forms of Yoga beyond Classical Hatha Yoga so that I become a more holistic and multi dimensional yoga teacher .To Contact me email to : eyogateacher at gmail.com
