Back from my Yoga Vacation
Dear Friends
I am back from my Yoga Vacation at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Camp in ValMorin , Quebec ,Canada .It was a wonderful 4 weeks of physical , emotional and spiritual rejuvenation .I had opportunities to interact with many people there involved in Alternative Healing and got to learn many new things about Yoga , Alternative Healing etc .In short a very productive visit .Since I am back , I will restart my blog and start posting new messages again regularly without fail .
